@Anthroid9 upholding the Constitution IS upholding the law. The Constitution is the ultimate law of the land and they swore an oath to uphold it. You cant fire an elected sheriff for upholding the Constitution.

Youre wrong. It allowed citizens to keep any weapon they wanted, there was no musket restrictions. They literally wanted people to have the same or better guns than the government. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.

The supreme court will side with the officers who are siding with the Constitution. Hopefully after its thrown out anyone involved with passing it is locked up for violation of the second amendment rights in the state.
