The same administration that was arming cartels with literal machine guns and sniper rifles now wants to disarm lawful Americans against their Constitutional rights. The second amendment is absolutely an individual right, I notice you completely left out the words "the right of the people" that means the individuals. You probably need to educate yourself on the meaning of the terms "well regulated" and "militia" in the time of the writing. Militias can be individuals or groups of individuals, and well regulated simply means in proper working order. For you to say no rights are granted is just a display of massive wilfull ignorance.

Perhaps you should educate yourself as to the meaning of the word when the Constitution was written, because what you just said is absolute ignorance. Militias were never supposed to be controlled by the state, and were supposed to be an opposing force to any federal Army.
