  1. I don't know if this was the Russian plan from the beginning. but instead of going for the cities, they went for the distraction of Ukrainian armies first and now the Russians are going for the cities and is much easier, because the Ukrainian military has been reduced.

  3. B.S. cell-phone use. Even if it was, it doesn't reveal the number of troops stationed in that building. NATO satellites do. Blame it on cell-phone use to deflect people's anger. You don't house a large number of troops, knowing that NATO"s satellites are constantly looking for high value targets. That's the tactic: score to demoralize, not necessarily to win.
