  2.  @APhilCollinsFan  again, maturity have nothing to do with age. It's about personnality and boldness. Being an officer is a long process, it's not like randomly picking a recruit and say 'hey, now you are lt'. Of course there is old officers and old nco, but being young doesnt mean being unskilled, immature or inefficient in combat.
