His point is clear. Different laws, different social behavior, different country. How else are you going to say it. We aren't in China, we are in the UK. That's exactly what he should have said.

He should have just asked them for the footage on their cameras, which more than likely included many people who didn't give them permission to film. The hypocrisy of these social misfits is astounding. Horrible behavior. I wouldn't even think of acting like that in a foreign country. It's disgusting behavior.

My guess is all you have to do is check the footage on the cameras held by that group to uncover footage of many people they recorded without permission. What a bunch of poorly behaving hypocrites. Someone needs to enroll them in socially ethical behavior101.
