  1. The guy is misled. Stalin did various crazy stuff, but he never exterminated Ukrainians as people. There was a famine caused by incorrect plan-based management, that damaged three areas: parts of Ukraine, parts of southern Russia, parts of Kazakhstan. This idea that famine was somehow aimed at Ukrainians as people is absolute horse shit. Propaganda that immediately crumbles after educated look.
