@ThisnametaKenny , well, it's not about whether they want or need a green card, it's mostly bcoz they are conservative. Women in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Finland, etc in general certainly don't need any green card or wealthy guy, but much easier to date them than those in Malaysia, except for maybe in Christian & Buddhist majority areas of the country.

Depends and varies by region and country, some have become much more welcoming or offering much longer visa-free stays to U.S.A. citizens than ever before and a few or some have decreased it or removed that option.
Panama, India, Dominica, nowadays offer 6 months visa-free, Georgia, Albania, up to 1 whole year visa-free, in Palau, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, can stay and even live and work there as long as you want (an open secret available for decades to citizens of U.S.A.), there are then of course also the U.S.A. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, etc.
The countries that have or may have decreased options for U.S.A. citizens are usually those that have political conflicts with the country and or allied with Russia and or China in terms of geopolitics.
