  47.  @1EQUALS-INFINITY  , maybe you just meant that it could be or probably is the 2nd safest city in Mx, by big city standards, bcoz certainly it isn't safer than Campeche City and all the towns of Campeche state & Yucatan state are probably much safer and perhaps even boring/sleepy to some extent. All states that are relatively peripheral and away from any potential worthy routes in regards to cartels' trades the cartels & gangs highly likely don't give a dang about those places, they are basically worthless to them.

  48. If you're earning enough money then you should pay some kind of tax, someway, somehow, somewhere, even if not called tax, such as tariffs, 1 lump sum, sales tax, etc. If you still refuse, expect prison time or move to Mars!

  49.  @ewetoobblowzdogg8410  if it was against the constitution then it wouldn't happen, even assuming it was against the constitution there are always a few or some exemptions, and the constitution was written more than 200 yrs ago, it can not be interpreted in the same way as before, people don't live in the 1700s or 1800s, too many things have changed in society and the world! even gold is no longer used as a currency as back then, no country uses it that way bcoz it isn't compatible with modern economies!
