  16.  @freedomfirst3779  , good point! however Crimea was very popular as a tourist destination with people from the region, i don't know about Odessa though, on the other hand warm weather only lasts 3-4 months in Ukraine, so perhaps only if can find deals in Kiev and any other main city that has popularity most of the year.

  19.  @sergioruiz7073  , makes sense since it's along the cartels' routes etc, even though Puerto Vallarta may be considered safe i heard there have been a few occasions of troubles once in a while. however most say the cartels & gangs don't bother the tourists & foreigners, or rarely so, is this true? and is there any hope Jalisco will be made safe & secure in the coming years? Guadalajara will be one of the cities that was picked to host the FIFA World Cup games in 2026, even though Guadalajara is usually safe, will a broader push be made to make Jalisco a safe state before the football ⚽ world cup games?

  20.  @sergioruiz7073  , friend, is the state and or federal govt making hard efforts to make the major cities & towns of Jalisco safe? as i did see or hear some efforts were being made, just not sure how much. and the current govt seems to actually want to focus on security in a more holistic manner it seems, the president and his candidates keep saying they have safety & security as a main priority or one of the top 2-3.

  29.  @llee8325  As per percentage the top 10% pay lower rates than anybody else! also, many of them hide much of their money in offshore and other ways! It is fair however if they are being incentivized with low tax rates in exchange for investing significantly in the economy and or other ways in the country just as in the Scandinavian countries, and the poor shouldn't be charged any taxes at all.

Or Mexico whether with USA or not may need to legalize and fully regulate certain illegal drugs and steer away cartels and gangs toward legitimate routes.
