  30.  @llee8325  As per percentage the top 10% pay lower rates than anybody else! also, many of them hide much of their money in offshore and other ways! It is fair however if they are being incentivized with low tax rates in exchange for investing significantly in the economy and or other ways in the country just as in the Scandinavian countries, and the poor shouldn't be charged any taxes at all.
