  1. ​ @zarach9459  , that's because there wasn't just plain socialism but communistic socialism or a sort of communism! Socialism allows for private ownership of things and for capitalism while helping those that are poor, while Communism doesn't allow private ownership of anything and no private enterprises etc! Communism = to have everything in common/shared as a community without private ownership and without private enterprises and everything controlled by the govt or community. Which leaves everybody kind of poor and without incentives to improve things.
