  4.  @mq9167  , Equality means everybody is given the same tools & education and the same payment level at work no matter what the differences or needs! is that what you really want?! That's basically Communism! That's not what Equity is. Equity it's about offering things to people based on their different needs. There should be equality under the law and fairness but not offering equality in other things such as education type, salary level, medical care, etc, bcoz things and needs differ! equal fairness, yes. equality besides under the law, no thanks. Who would want to get a similar salary for a much harder work as somebody who works a much less hard work?! or to get the same medical care no matter if you had a sprained ankle or diabetes?! doesn't diabetes need more medical care and frequent testing? see what i mean?

There should be equality under the law and fairness, not offering everybody the same tools, education, medicines, salaries, without acknowledging the different needs! otherwise it would basically be communism!
