@KelliAnnWinkler my buddy is an avid flat earther. I’m into the electric universe and plasma cosmology. That seems so obviously correct to me I don’t understand why it didn’t take over half a century ago. I’m also not a materialist so I can look at all this in a detached way and it’s just interesting. Like according to materialistic science, we’re studying an interpretation of neural impulses, so there’s going to be an underlying shape to perceptible reality that is essentially identical to our body, because the external world is literally inside us. The models need to account for that and few of them do

I’ve seen stuff way past the curve calculations. I’m wondering if there is some light bending over water or large dips or hills in the water from long wavelength waves like the tide. NASA lies all the time and was stated by occultists so there’s some shenanigans some where. Flat earth makes no sense but I think the mainstream model is also wrong so that’s why flat earth is enticing. People see the normal model is wrong and want something to replace it
