  1. Like there are a lot of half black half Vietnamese in Vietnam and half white half Vietamese there as well. They really get a lot of prejudice.

  5. A little while ago I watched a video on all the different languages in China. I thought there might be a dozen different languages. They said there are 305 different languages in China. Yikes!!

  6. But Japanese try to be a pure race so they have prejudiced against everybody else especially Koreans and Chinese.

  7. The thing about we white Americans is that we are all pretty much mutts anyways. Look at the actress Jessica Alba she has so many different ethnic groups in her.

  11. I wish I could have learned an obscure language. One time I said something in Irish/Gaelic to a guy here in Boston. He knew what I said. I forget what it was.

  15. ​ @blakeharvard5841 I remember one time watching a scene from the TV show "Simon & Simon" (???), many years ago. Rick was in a gas station talking to some guy. He spoke 2 sentences to him Spanish. For some reason I knew what he said (right away before they put up English translation). I dont know how since I really dont know much Spanish. That's it in my life w Spanish.

  16. ​ @pappysprite yeah my hearing and brain just doesn't work for languages. I have a tough enough time with English. Someone says a foreign language word and I'm focused on the first word trying to figure out what they say. Then by the time I figured that out, the person has said the whole sentence. Then they're on the last word. Then I focus on the last word, figuring out what it was. So I miss everything in the middle.

  22. ​ @ca5366 one time I saw this guy from Brazil go in and out of six different languages in about 1 to 2 minutes talking to six different people from different countries I just stood there in shock. He was from the rich Upper Crust of Brazil. I think his father owned a bank. English, Portugeuse, Spanish, French, German, and .......Italian, maybe.
