  2. In some cultures and religions the man is in charge. Divorce isn't actually allowed. It is highly shameful and embarrassing to the man to lose control over his wife and for her to leave him and file for divorce. It is less shameful for him to kill her. Because she is the one that brought shame upon the marriage, upon him, and upon his family. So he must restore honor to himself and his family by killing her. That is how they think. "I am the man, you are merely a woman. How dare you bring dishonor upon my family".

  3.  @ronbronb  As I said, marriage is the leading cause of divorce I have never been married, never would, never will. I learned from other's mistakes. But. Divorces are fair and equitable. She gets the house, car, kids, and money ... and he gets the mortgage payment, car payments, insurance payments, alimony payments, and child support payments. What could be more fair and equable than that?

  5. ​ @sid1gen OH!!! I don't think I ever noticed or realized that before that the country is spelled "Col-O-mbia". I thought it was "Columbia". Cuz we have cities and towns, such as Columbia, South Carolina. Huh? Learn something new every day.

  12. ​ @arneliakshort What the difference between English within America is one of accents as well as local traditions and slang words. Im in Boston, we have "Baked Scrod" on the menu. The is no such thing as "Scrod", it is "Cod". But it is a local word, I forget why. I have a book called "The Boston Dictionary", it is unbelievable. "Pahk ur Cah in Hahvahd Yahd". I'm trying to think of other uniquely local expressions. "Wicked Pissah". "Steamers". We often use a lot of Jewish words and expressions, as they do in NYC, such as "Oi Vay!". Other parts of USA may have a high use of Spanish words mixed in w English.

  16. ​ @jimvick8397 There was a video in here on a case where a package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. So the guy went and took it to the right address to leave it at the door. Then a guy and his 15 year old son came out armed with handguns, looking for him, but I guess they didn't find him. They saw a black car with darkened windows on the street. Went up to car w guns drawn, but it was just some woman. She drove away and they started shooting at her.

  17. ​ @keirfarnum6811 Of course, they know everything about everything, they know everything about everybody. They can read everybody's mind, they know when somebody is lying and guilty. They don't need to ask questions or investigate or have evidence or facts or problem cause. They just know. They are magnificent. they are God's gift to women and the World. They're immortal, they're immune. They're above and beyond the law, they're made men. They have absolute immunity from all possible liability. Until they don't. Then they whine and cry like little baby boys and crying in their beer, and get drunk and become fat and old and drunken alcoholics.
