I have an intersex child. I chose no treatment and a Gender Neutral name. No surgery no way- thats their choice ❤ I dont share which child because its not my story. I hope my baby is this confident thank you for sharing.

@leannejasminex1991 Well I have 11 children so it's pretty safe to say, No one is going to figure it out. I'm also using my sister's account 😂

@mak816 I don't have to explain anything to anyone who is not paying my bills. Generally - the child chooses how they identify. Mine gravitated to their identification - they chose their pronouns

@heidiwastweet3149 many parents know before the baby is born now. They start harassing parents immediately. I simply ask them if they go get surgery every time they think something doesn't look right on their child...or themselves, they usually don't answer.

@CrystalVanner No you do not. there is now an intersex option in most states.

@leannejasminex1991 I can say this. you are likely a white person who feels the need to control what everyone else says and does because your life is built based on assumptions. Do you know my first and last name? What city I am from... State!? What are each of my 11 children's names and which one do you think is Intersex? You are more embarrassed than my own child is....and yet you don't know who I am. Frankly Leanne 1991 you are definitely one of the not so smart millennials that thinks they are super smart 🤓 You have nothing figured out and I am sorry if you have the condition and your parents have taught you be ashamed or you think it's something that should be shamed. Assumptions are emotional poison without clarification. My child is very open about their condition. If someone asks, they are not ashamed I'm Intersex have the day you deserve.

@anabella4166 What was rude... because I don't lay down roses or lick butt when answering questions?

@robinjoy2789 Thank you so much. My child lives a happy life the way they please. Their Intersex condition doesn't define them. 1 in 1500 people are intersex and most don't find out until they are teens or adults. I was fortunate there is genetic testing for some parents.
