As a mom of an intersex child. I knew before they were born, I gave them a Gender Neutral name and no surgery. No one knows besides close family and the intersex community on Facebook. Some of these people are in rhe group and they have been so helpful. My child is happy and they live as they please. But knowing I made the choice for no treatment I hope they are able to share their story one day that we dont have to conform to be happy.
