Obviously kinzhal and iskander can carry nuclear warheads, the fact that nato and Ukraine haven't tried to sell their supporters on any nuclear threat from those missiles but Russia tries to sell the F16 as a nuclear threat is a reflection of the higher IQ of Ukraine's supporters, we're not so easily fooled by shallow BS.
