  2.  @genegene3348  Reckon you're right. 50 years ago I was bussed from an average working class white neighborhood to a ghetto black 'hood (you know, so dey could be 'exposed to' people who actually carried pencils and notebooks), and the school was just a giant babysitter trying to keep riots from breaking out inside the buildings.
