  1. I prefer a good CPA - and you're right. Everyone should have one, miles ahead of those "tax preparation offices" all over - but of course a CPA won't front a rapid return. So most will continue to be scammed. Can't wait 3 weeks, need that new video game console NOW, and wow do people pay for that.
