@jupitermoongauge4055 I bought the twin fold LPs of the Broadway stage show in '71, still listen to it, the sound of those Vox amps just send me! Wonder if Pink Floyd.... well, I don't know, but I play Ibanez guitars through Vox to this day.

@jupitermoongauge4055 I'm experimenting, I do believe there is little or no difference from an expensive guitar and one that's not. Sure, wild paint jobs, more exotic woods, better setup, but those things don't matter to me, in fact I bought 2 showroom damaged Ibanez Gios for the necks, I have a woodshop and want to build new bodies. Bought Squiers, tele, mustang, strat in Seafoam green. And I like the small stereo Blackstar amp. I MAY pick up a smallish Orange. Peavey was my amp with a Carvin guitar back in the day (I'm a boomer). My recording is mostly straight into the DAW or Fostex recorder anyway and the Blackstar does USB. And..... Jewish conservative.
