  7.  @wokewokerman5280  Yes, I haven't lived there for 20 years, but I have a friend still, in Ocala. The New Yawkuhs are coming in packs, and will TRY to wreck it more than they did in the '70s. But Florida has a magical way of looking after itself.

  14.  @ricktd6891  Yes, Florida is spongy limestone and shifting sands. Pour a zillion tons of concrete condos on it, it will give way. Port Royal (similar) has sunk 2 or 3 times, parts of Japan have fallen into the sea.

But you don't wanna flirt, I'm a boomer with the cats to prove it, crippled leg (I was run down with injuries similar to Stephen King 40 years ago, we had a few laughs one summer emailing about it when he was learning to recover), and I have a touch of the Parkinson's. But 2 years ago, I managed to build myself a 9x35 foot walk out balcony - my studio is upstairs. Thanx for that!! If you have interest, I'll be on Twitch and YouBoob this winter with films on recording music, 3D animation, and how to play games for the deaf since so many have no manuals and little instructions today. No, I'm not deaf, but 1/3 of the world does have some or total hearing loss, and are mostly ignored. And this year I walk without a cane so well I forget where I put it.
