Here's what I wrote one day - use it if you can: Before we raise minimum wage, let's raise personal pride in our work, job, the company supporting us. Too many want to "put it to the MAN" every day. First let's have people who can show up. On time would be another plus. People who aren't hung-over useless one day a week. People who do NOT game until 4am and then show up totally bleary at 7 and "work" their shift in granny low gear. People who do their job instead of watching game streamers and chatting on Twitch or YT. People who don't hide in the can or behind the dumpsters smoking twice an hour, or hanging about someone else's station gabbing with friends. People who remember to bring their tools to work. People who take the half hour lunch instead of stretching it to 50 minutes. People who DON'T have the attitude, "I showed up, what more do you want."
