We generally profit 2-5x LESS than the people we make things for who know how to MARKET them well. Nvidia may not MAKE chips, but unless you're inside "the trade" you'll never hear of the company who does. Everyone knows Nvidia! So yeah, Nvidia and their stock IS a BIG DEAL. Tiffany's didn't manufacture either. Have you ever heard of those who DID for them?
