@TheStormtrooper00 Unlike Russia, Ukraine can freely oust their government when they are not satisfied. I mean, that's the whole point of Euromaidan?

You can be pro Russia, and pro Putin, but you cannot be both. Just take a look at Igor Girkin, the ultranationalist who genuinely wants a more competent Russian government. Now he is on trial.

@dannydetonator perhaps i mentioned him like he is some sort of saint. I'm sorry for that. I said he wanted competent Russian government, not a moral one. He wished for an even more brutal Russian government than Putin.

@avokka Ukrainian political history is really murky. Viktor Yanukovych is not exactly a Russian puppet. He is just like any other Ukrainian oligarch. He tried walking in a balance rope between joining the EU or appeasing Russia. However at the last minute, he backed out of a chance to join the EU and instead joined Russia's economic initiative for some reason i forgot. This resulted in the Euromaidan revolution, and him escaping to Russia to become Putin's bitch. And then Yanukovych became the prime candidate for Putin to rule puppet Ukraine if Russia won this war. So, I wouldnt call pre 2014 Yanukovych "Russian puppet", but i certainly would call him that now.
