  2. When buying a historic or older house, you have to look out for a bunch of important things! Is the foundation intact! Are there any leaks or cracks that are evident! The roof is so important! How old is it...are there any leaks! The wiring...is it new....is there any old knob and tube...is it aluminum or copper wiring, what amperage is the panel? Get a home inspection from a valid and accredited inspector! Its worth every penny!

  3. It's kind of a given, that you can have a modern kitchen and a bathroom,in a historic house! Just keep it so it fits in and matches the rest of the house!

  4. OMG that Georgia house, there was a fire, but the grounds and the part of the house untouched, you could restore this place to be a real classic home again! Prob cost a Million though lol
