  2.  @beebsarelli  USSR studied a hovercraft combat vehicle in WWII. 70ton tanks cant cross bridges or swamps, and are to slow to escape drones. Hovercraft are too fast for missile locks in clutter and can cross rumble, minefields, snow, rivers.
