  3. Where is Wall St going, Rustbelt Appalachia? No broadband, no educated workforce or international talent, global law firms. Florida has poor education, $7 min wage hospitality jobs with Manhattan rents. No affordable insurance in Florida.

  4.  @AsaTrenchard1865  Appalachia peaked during the Civil War, and has no tax base to invest in modern infrastructure, education, sewage, healthcare, or clean water. The wealthiest cities have the highest taxes. You get what you pay for!
