  3.  @arewe9647  120mmm gun can't elevate to fire at rooftop insurgent positions, like the Russians learned in Grozny. Tank rooftop armor is vulnerable to RPGs.

  4.  @chance20m  A 120mm gun has no targets in a 3rd world slum. The Russian BMP-T TERMINATOR can fire missiles guns, and grenades at rooftops.

  5.  @jannegrey  70 ton tanks cannot manuver on muddy and crumbling roads in slums, or cross rivers quickly, or safely transit old, structurally weak bridges. Jet fuel supplies would be limited for M-1 gas turbine engines. Also, nonlethal weapons areneeded to be successful---stun grenades, rubber bullets, sirens, microwave skin heaters, etc.
