  5. As a modernist, I avoid classic, old buildings, with outdated wiring ( no broadband), poor HVAC, and leaky lead plumbing. I prefer modern housing, in downtowns, within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, and mass transit. I have owned a car in decades. I only live in cities 20 minutes from an international airport.
