70% of the US economy is discretionary consumer spending. The Russian economy is based on hard commodity exports--energy, grain, fertilizer, weapons, etc.

@putin_rapeskids Ukraine prefers Mig29 fighters and T72 tanks. US M1 tanks are 70 tons, and powered by gas turbine engines. Even if supplied free, they are too heavy for damaged roads and bridges, not designed for urban combat in villages, and require scarce jet fuel.

@putin_rapeskids Meaningless in most 3rd world insurgent conflicts. Even Ukrainians need training to use and maintain high tech US gear. Russia will win before Ukrainians learn to use US weapons.

@nunyabusiness863 GPS is still jammed. Technical use is only part of training. Soldiers also need tactics. Even the Cokehead of Kiev disclosed losses of 100-200 men daily. War is not comedy:(

@putin_rapeskids Vietnam and Afghanistan used Russiasn weapons to defeat the US. Russia is #2 arms expoter. Most poor countries can't afford to buy and operate $100 million stealth fighters to bomb illiterate militants. Most popular weapons: AK47 T55 MiG21 RPG7

@putin_rapeskids Sorry gamers. Weapons are expendable, and must be cost effective. Thats why the $30 million F22 production was cut, after its only combat mission, dropping bombs on Afghans. The Nazis lost, despite introducing jet aircraft, and guided missiles. Robert McNamara predicted that given current trends, in the future, the entire US defense budget will procure one fighter jet.
