  3.  @markcasila8310  The US usually loans these weapons as foreign aid. Even Israel did not pay full price for F35. Russia only exported early Mig29 Fulcrum to Warsaw Pact. Even Russian airforce Mig29 had to be upgraded for latest AA12 Adder missiles and air - ground guided weapons.
