  1.  @CoryRayGordonMusic  Plenty of jobs, but not a match for qualifications. 77% of youth are unfit for the military, which faces a recruitment shortage. The private sector needs skills trades workers, construction, heealthcare, farm workers, and grads with tech skills. Rustbelt Appalachia has poor education and high drug and alcohol addiction.

  3. Summer hiring usually slows, other than seasonal temp work. HR is on vacation, or planning vacation.
