  1. Collecting insurance? Probably paying looters. NYC is saturated with drug stores (RiteAid, Walgreens, Duane Reade, indie pharmacies). I only shop 89cent store in migrant hoods, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's (for personal care). No Walmart in NYC. Not rustbelt Appalachia.
