  2. These are two completely different things, cancer is not a regular illness you can cure by drinking a spoon of banana-flavoured medicine. It's a complicated genetical disease, caused by spreading cells with damaged DNA. It requires either changing back the DNA of hundreds of cells to the same perfect state as was before, where literally none out of millions of nucleobases can be wrong. Or just cut off the infected part of the body.
