  2. He says, buy the MK7, and invest the money on modding it, so basically is the same thing, but with an older platform. Might as well buy a 1990 Miata, save the money to do an LS1 swap on mods. Or save the money to buy a Ford Taurus, and invest it on modding it to make it track worthy. His comment made no sense!
