One thing you should do is try and decide if what's being said is true, untrue, (partially true?) and if these things you see can stand or fall on their own.

@kqilim There isn't actually a kind of rival to The People's Republic of China called 'The West'. and 'The West' gives money to report on China's econimic collapse because they are just like Chinese mainlanders in a 'Shame Culture' and in a disgusting little propaganda war. but it's interesting how many of the most disgusting immature type of Chinese really do believe in such things.
