  1. Unfortunately for China and those of us who wish it well - all of this is 'fake talk' and The PRC is reverting back to its 'preWestern benefits' poverty. At this point, the only things left are something like 'going out of business sales' and the last possible hope: conceding ports and signing agreements with the wealth advanced nations giving them free trade, free access (that means, no conditions, they open whatever they want, do business, no 'chinese partners'). There is very little left now, its fate is sealed and 'controlling subordinates' etc, 'controlling harder' isn't going to work now
