  1. True. If you look at the bigger picture….all high ticket items are — deep down — just an opportunity for high interest rate consumer loans for banks. Few people pay cash…Chinese evs would be cheap enough for more people to afford to pay in cash — or with a smaller loan. Obviously, banks would lose out and they, too, oppose Chinese evs. US public not bright enough to see this.
