  1. Useful clarification because Jeff’s discussion is not well structured and isn’t really able to clarify the fundamental dynamics of an admittedly complex system. Obviously the fiat dollar/Eurodollar is a major portion of bank assets worldwide and hence are the opposite of scarce.

  5. Largely agree but it is mistaken notion that global reserves are declining. That assumes there will be no further discoveries — erroneous.
