Therefore, the key step in mobilization is the general call for troops. The call for a draft will provide calm and tranquility for the US population and the equally soporific Taiwanese. A land and sea war is quite familiar to the US from their enthralling experience in Vietnam. Besides, they have the immeasurable value of Japan’s assistance resulting from its inspiring efforts to conquer Asia in the twentieth century, not to mention their thrilling attack on Pearl Harbor. Why reinvent the technology of a sneak attack?
