  1. You’re technically correct but in the context of the whole, it’s a small inaccuracy which — in fact — is seriously debated (!) among professional economists. But clearly Dr Richard Werner is absolutely correct but his arguments presume a good level of understanding of basic a Financial accounting. He was interviewed by Kim Iverson who was not able to fully follow the discussion. And she is bright, motivated and carries no axe to grind.

  2. The IMF/World Bank are controlled by the US and its satrapies. The US refused to allow any change in voting rights that would permit China and Russia to increase their influence. So if a developing nation or a country like Argentina (elections coming soon) that continues to rely on these organizations has only themself to blame.
