He should sue Elaine Bredhoft for her defamatory statements in interviews after the trial. She is allowed to lie in court, but not now.

The statements in the op-ed that she was sued for were her own and not written by the ACLU lawyer. They probably wrote a legally safe attack, but her narcissism told her she knew better and changed stuff.

@Jeffrey314159 Reading comprehension isn’t your forte right? I said she is so stupid that she added statements to a text that ACLU lawyers wrote. The suit was about very specific statements in the text. Get a clue.
