  1. I don’t think so. This is too high profile to sweep under the rug. It’s going to be difficult for the AG to just drop the matter if Cuomo is impeached or resigns. That said, what do you think he might be charged with? Most of the behavior described so far is along the lines of sexual harassment and fostering a toxic work environment. From what I understand, one or two of the cases might rise to the level of sexual assault. If they can prove him guilty of sexual assault, he might well see jail time, but it’s less likely he would serve time for the weaker charges. That said, if he’s orchestrating a cover up (more than just issuing denials), he could be jailed for quite a long time.
