  1. FBI investigates. DOJ prosecutes based on that evidence. DOJ has a standing order not to prosecute sitting presidents. The question is this: will his Mar a Lago alibi hold up or will he need to waste a pardon on himself?   4. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t a person in the RV. There could have been someone not especially happy to be there, wishing they was somewhere else. From the pictures I’ve seen, I’m not sure there was anything left of the RV to be inside of. It’s been suggested that the human remains are in the form of human tissue. This leads me to wonder if they’re scraping it off walls, or poking it out of window screens with a toothpick.
