  1. Person #2 was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Sheriff Judd did not indicate that there was any evidence at this time that Person #2 participated in the robbery or was aware of the plot. Unless that can be established, she should not be charged with the murder of her sister.
