  3. If he doesn’t show up to his meeting with the probation officer, he’ll be arrested and have to appear before Marchan—who will then take that into account during sentencing. It would show a total disregard for the New York criminal justice system. Some people are suggesting that Trump might not serve jail time. Missing his P.O. appointment would close that possibility.

  5. I dunno if that’s sarcastic. Many people find stacks of large denomination bills to be adorable. I don’t think the Trump team is dumb enough to try and bribe the P.O. But who knows. They’re pretty dumb. What Trump needs is a positive report/recommendation. And he could get that by showing contrition and taking responsibility. Then he’d need to do the same with Marchan’s court. Odds of Trump showing contrition are the same as the survival odds of a toilet paper moth in a bonfire.
