  3. How do you survive against such outrageous malfeasance? I think I’d rather die than do a kindness to my neighbors or let them do a kindness to me. All I’m saying is that mistakes have to stop and there has to be major consequences for the mistake makers!! I’m not willing to live in a world where people just accept that mistakes are made. 😉 (But honestly, doesn’t that sound like the tone of some of the comments on this video? Not yours. You sound same and reasonable.)

  4. If that many data providers are putting a road where none seems to exist, I have to wonder if there’s not an old easement or a right-of-way on the property of which the property owner is unaware.

  5.  @ianbelletti6241  We’d have to look at the plan or plat to determine if the easement was established. We also don’t know if there is a public right of way established sometime before the current owners took up residence. We don’t have a full report with all the relevant details.
