  6. I’m sorry to inform you this, but criminal defendants don’t just get compensated when their cases get dropped. Also, I think you’re exaggerating when you say, “The police nearly destroyed his life”.

  7. Why don’t you enumerate the damages to the builder and monetary value of the damages? Then we can see if it would be sufficient to establish a retirement fund.

One of the great joys of reading the comments on Steve’s videos are watching the uneducated and ignorant vigorously express their opinions on subjects far outside their area of expertise. “Criminal charges need to be brought . . .” If only your sense of righteous indignation alone could help you figure out specifically which charges need to be brought. Sadly, it won’t. To figure that out would require taking the time to learn something about criminal law. That would require effort and not give you the same emotional satisfaction as wagging your finger disapprovingly.
