Waging a war on civilians is Putin’s military policy, not a matter of a few undisciplined soldiers raping and pillaging.

@Rebecca-hc5ju Drug-crazed or not, this is the war policy of Putin. These are not aberrant crimes committed by undisciplined soldiers. Putin is not winning militarily, so he makes war on the civilians. The Russian soldiers and mercenaries are supposed to rape, murder, destroy property, and steal anything not nailed down. Death to the Putzis and other supporters of Putin Naziism.
